50-Minute INDIVIDUAL psychotherapy (ages 18+): $125

Sessions are via Telehealth (Zoom or Doxy) and in-person in Seattle (Pioneer Square) on a case by case basis. Services are self-pay, however I will provide a Superbill for your insurance provider for possible partial reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service. An art kit is included at no extra cost after the first 3 sessions.

Group facilitation

Onsite groups for employee burnout or different areas of therapeutic focus for clients (i.e. boundaries, anger management, coping skills, postpartum). Please contact to discuss pricing and details.
