Welcome to Heart Healing, PLLC. I’m a registered art therapist who integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) into my work with teens and adults. I help clients better understand and relate to the different parts of themselves—especially those connected to anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm.

Using art as a tool for expression and exploration, I make space for experiences that are hard to put into words and gently build insight, self-compassion, and internal connection.

I’ve worked across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings and bring a steady, nonjudgmental presence to therapy.

Outside of work, I enjoy horseback riding, visiting art and book stores, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my partner and toddler.
