Welcome to Heart Healing, PLLC. A place for healing, growth, and self-awareness. I graduated from Pratt Institute with a Master of Professional Studies in Art Therapy and Creativity Development. My aim is to create a safe enough space for self-expression and processing of life’s hardships. My areas of focus include love addiction, codependency, attachment styles, trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I also have a passion for horses and nature, and provide Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy as well as incorporate nature-assisted theory into my practice. My primary approaches to therapy include IFS (Internal Family Systems) and expressive arts.

I am certified by the state of Washington as a Mental Health Counselor under 18.225 RCW. Registration / license number is MHC.LH.61572523.

I am a Registered Art Therapist: ATR 20-394 and am under the supervision of Paige Scheinberg, Board Certified Art Therapist.
